Order Processing
You’ll get an email once your order has shipped.

Delivery & Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Germany: 2–5 business days

    • Europe (Non-EU): 7–14 business days

    • North America: 10–20 business days

Customs & Import Fees
We do not use DDP shipping. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are your responsibility.
Tip: Most orders are delivered smoothly, and customs fees are usually low. We recommend checking your country’s rules before ordering.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates may take time for international deliveries.

Lost or Delayed Packages
